This poster is part of an artwork by Christopher Wool and Felix Gonzalez-Torres. Created originally in 1993 for the Printed Matter exhibition at Dia in New York as a "stack" piece, it comprises an 8-inch stack of posters, specified by the artists as the ideal height. Visitors to the exhibit could roll up a print and walk away with it.

This re-edition was printed for the exhibtion at the Städtisches Museum Abteiberg, Mönchengladbach, Germany, in 2019. Just like in previous shows, visitors were allowed to take individual sheets off the top of the pile to take home (see photos).

Though not as high-priced as the larger-format original from 1993, this 2019 licensed re-edition reaches good results in urban & contemporary art auctions at reknown houses like Chiswick, Heritage or Tate Ward (see screenshots among pictures).
